Kensiegirl clothes had been redesigned and the brand required a repositioning program. JFC
developed a campaign to showcase the change – that she was not like the others. The campaign
played up the edgier runway inspired feel to the clothes with an urban story. JFC made a cityscape mural
featuring odd images and graphics. They were applied to plates and cups and displayed in the cafe our
girl took over and renamed the ‘runaway’ cafe. An oversized look book, magazine ads, video, site,
graphics, writings, and song were developed. Photography by Geoff Barrenger. Shot on location
Judas Goat in Gastown Vancouver. Graphics by Helen Eady.
